Our Process

The Discovery Tool

YouTube advertising is not going to work for every business. Like all forms of advertising it's about getting the right message in front of the right people at the right time. If your customers aren't on YouTube, it's going to be tough to get in front of them. If you don't have a good message, product or service, it's not going to work either. So we built the discovery tool so you can simply answer 6 questions and we'll be able to tell you if YouTube ads are going to work for you or not, and why.

The Master Ad Plan

If you've been through the discovery tool and it's clear that YouTube advertising is likely to work for you, then the next step is to get us working on a Master Ad Plan or MAP for you. This consists of a 3 step process. First, we ask you some in-depth questions. Second, Tom Breeze (our CEO) and the team will go through a full audit and strategy session for your business and send you 5 bespoke videos. You'll then have a 1-to-1 call to discuss the MAP session and if there is a good fit, we'll work out how we can begin working together.

The Onboarding

This is a fairly simple process really. It's where we build all the accounts, make sure everything is linked up correctly, pixels are in place and we're promoting your offers in a way that allows you to see exactly how well we perform in terms of traffic, leads, customers and upsells. We've made this whole process as simple as possible and we take care of nearly everything (this means you don't have to be some technical whizz kid - we'll handle all the complicated stuff!)

The Video Ad Creation

As soon as we decide to work together, our creative team will start digging into your website and offer to not only get a feel for your brand and voice, but also to find the best way to pitch your products and/or services. Our priority is to script and storyboard videos that will convert viewers into customers and in order to do this, we use our "Aducation" process. Sure, if we can add some creative flair then great, but the focus is ROI & profit from ad spend.

The Build, Optimise & Scale Process

As soon as you've got your video back and given it your approval, we'll begin the promotion. Now, let me be clear - it's unlikely that you're going to have a winning campaign from day one. In order to really scale up and find all the different avenues for driving quality customers to your website, there will be a lot of testing, refining, optimising and scaling. But within 6 weeks, we should have your ad campaigns optimised and in the scaling process so that this new source of traffic will continue to grow, reliably driving you quality customers.
